He is constantly seeking original haute cuisine recipes and menus for his KAISEKIS offered in several Parisian restaurants (Shinano, La Rôtisserie Monsigny, le Santal, Yamaichi, Chez Georges, among others). He works with wakame, kombu and nori which can be made to blend beautifully with French cuisine - his seaweed dishes are a great success.

Come savor his ideas for the season at his new boutique in Paris, and enjoy his creative talents. The adress is 7bis, rue André Lefebvre, 75015 Paris. Subway : Javel.
