Hisayuki
TAKEUCHI is from Japan. He was born in Shirokawa
in Ehime, on the island of Shikoku.
He is a confectioner, French cuisine chef and Japanese cuisine head chef. He has lived in France since 1985 and has worked in several Japanese restaurants in Paris. He has been placed in charge of receptions for the Japanese Embassy, the Beaux Arts University (School of Fine Arts), the "Printemps de Bourges", and the Maison de la Culture du Japon in Paris. His specialty is sushi, both the traditional ancient Edo era sushi and modern sushi, and is inspired to create various new ones. Copyright
